DriveWiser is a fuel efficiency program for the province of Nova Scotia, Canada. We help drivers get from point A to point B using the least amount of fuel possible- saving you money and reducing your CO2 emissions.
It is delivered by the environmental charity Clean Nova Scotia and funded by Conserve Nova Scotia, the energy efficiency agency for the province and Natural Resources Canada.
Meet the Drivewiser Team:
Kevin Harrison- DriveWiser Program Officer
Born and raised in Nova Scotia, Kevin's "drive" comes from the love of his home province and the environment. He brings an abundance of knowledge of the automotive industry and Canadian politics. He holds a degree in Political Science from Saint Mary's University and a degree in Journalism from the University of Kings College. He has written articles on fuel efficiency in well respected newspapers such as the Hamilton Spectator and has covered television news stories on everything from the environmental impacts of packaged produce to the new environmentally friendly buildings around Halifax. He currently writes a bi-weekly column in the Chronicle Herald on fuel efficiency. Kevin is excited to combine his two passions of cars and the environment together.

Tanya Canam - DriveWiser Program Coordinator
Tanya Canam is a transplant from New Brunswick but her wanderings have taken her to many places in Asia and Central/South America. She's a trained documentary photographer with a focus on cultural and social issues and a traditionalist at heart who looks to community living and a rebirth of traditional practices as a touchstone for humanity in these modern times.
